I serve as the leader of a highly skilled team comprising graphic designers, photographers, engineers, and 3D artists. Together, we engage in the conceptualization, development, design, and commercialization of mobile electronic accessories and solutions. By assuming a hands-on creative role, I oversee advertising, product development, and marketing initiatives, fostering seamless collaboration across various departments to establish an innovative design vision within our company's brand portfolio.
My primary responsibilities encompass strategic planning, creative process supervision, development, design, and providing guidance to the creative team. I actively participate in diverse tasks such as photoshoots, product and packaging design, video production, hand modeling, copywriting, and product development. Working closely with product and program managers, I facilitate the introduction of groundbreaking products into renowned retail stores such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Walgreen's, Ace/True Value, Sherwin-Williams, and others. Furthermore, I collaborate with other department leaders to enhance workflow efficiency, communication, team dynamics, training, and the achievement of strategic objectives.
Directly reporting to the CEO and COO, I ensure that the creative direction aligns with our brand, surpasses client expectations, and assume full responsibility for all design and development endeavors. As a creative thinker, I remain attentive, continuously learn, grow, and acquire new skills to remain at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry.
Here are a bunch of different projects that we've worked on in the past year. Many of these I worked on with the team as the designer. At the core of who I am, I am a creative designer. We have the capability to prototype in-house on large format printers and cutters. We'll prototype full displays with packaging. Sometime Lowes and The Home Depot will require you to send a full mocked-up display to their innovation centers for review. We can do that quickly and efficiently.
