As the Marketing Manager at First Tactical, I was responsible for fostering collaboration across all departments to formulate and execute comprehensive strategies that encompass integrated marketing efforts, sales promotion, brand awareness, subscriber growth, e-commerce and digital advertising, as well as multi-channel programs.
In this capacity, I am also entrusted with the oversight and creative direction of all marketing materials. I engage in the conceptualization, design, and development of impactful brand campaigns, promotions, social media content, event graphics, photoshoot coordination, video production, email marketing, corporate branding, packaging, and more.
Furthermore, I actively serve as a brand ambassador, establishing collaborations and partnerships with special interest groups, non-profit organizations, and charitable causes. I provide creative guidance for promotional initiatives, events, and social media endeavors while cultivating valuable relationships.
As a creative professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, I am proactive in seeking solutions rather than waiting for them to arise. I am dedicated to constant learning, personal growth, and skill development, ensuring that I remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

I directed all our photoshoots on location, in-house and even shot photos with my iPhone. All three boot images above were shot on my phone. The two boot product shots were photographed on my desk and the lifestyle shot with the boot knife was shot in the parking lot.
Having said that, there is a lot of planning for a photoshoot. Typically we would have 4-6 models. I would scout locations and build out a storyboard / shot list. I would review models (all real SWAT, PD, Fire, etc...), order all product and work with 3rd party photographers and stylists as well as location representatives.
